Thanks Mom.

Meet Nick Calderone, the vibrant force behind the scenes and in front of the camera! From the genius idea of his mom, who knew TV was his true calling, Nick embarked on an exciting journey that saw him as the lively host of the nationally syndicated TV show RightThisMinute, right from its debut in 2011. For a whopping 11 years, he rode the waves of success, steering RTM to capture the hearts of approximately two million daily viewers across 210 markets at its peak.

But Nick's story begins with the hustle and excitement of TV news. In those early days, armed with his mom's foresight, he kickstarted his career, spending 13 years perfecting his shooting, editing, and storytelling skills in some of the nation's most vibrant newsrooms. From being a studio assistant to eventually becoming a sought-after reporter in Phoenix, Arizona, Nick's journey was fueled by an insatiable curiosity and a knack for turning every story into a captivating adventure. And yes, he did cover some of the biggest news stories, from the Winter Olympics in Torino, Italy, to the glitz of Super Bowl XLI in Miami, Florida, not to mention special reports from the U.S.-Mexico border and wildfire escapades in Colorado and California.

In 2008, armed with his media mojo, Nick founded Reel Stories, a Phoenix-based video production company that quickly became a trusted partner for big names like Discovery, National Geographic, Bravo, Harpo Productions, and all the major broadcast networks. Nick extended his expertise to others through media consulting and training, guiding executives from Korean Air, TASER International, Arizona State University, and the International Parking Institute.

Away from the cameras and editing suites, Nick unleashes his inner adventurer as an avid motorcyclist and off-road travel enthusiast. When he's not turning stories into movie magic, you'll find him with his partner-in-crime, Rosalie, exploring the wonders of Arizona and beyond. Notable trips include a summer work and play on Lake Maggiore, Italy, cruising the California coast from San Francisco to Cambria and setting up camp for a two weeks of beachside bliss in Baja, Mexico – just a few highlights from Nick's playbook of memorable escapades!
